How to Get the Best Results:

• Work on a smooth tile or glass surface.

• Condition clay.

• Use an acrylic roller to smooth clay onto surface before cutting so the clay doesn’t lift.

• Lightly dust with cornstarch and tap off the excess.

• Press firmly and evenly, then lift with a gentle wiggle and brush away any remaining cornstarch.

• Rinse with warm water and clean gently , avoid harsh scrubbing to protect the edges

You can also take a pointer tool or needle and rub it along the edges of the clay to remove any extra clay so it helps prevent having to sand. You can then use a small amount of acetone on a cotton swab and rub it against the edges.
